I used to be a Registered Nurse in Hong Kong and worked at one of the major teaching hospitals
for almost 5 years. To seek personal development, I first started my studies in Australia at the
Cumberland College in 1989 and obtained a Bachelor Degree in Applied Sciences. I then earned my
Master Degree in Commerce at The University of New South Wales in 1995.

To ensure I could cope with the changed situation, I chose to stay at the dormitory and
mingled with the local students. It was the most direct way to learn the local culture and
folkway. From nursing to business study, I experienced great difficulties at the very beginning.
But it was my persuasion to face my deficiencies and acknowledge them; eventually I could change
the impossible to possible.

I am now running my own insurance brokerage business named "Loksoo Consultants Limited",
a consultancy specializing in providing the full scope of insurance solutions with an emphasis
on professional advice and competitive quotes that give the consumer instant choice and value
for money from quality insurers.

My advice is never to be influenced by the interests of the insurer. Consumer needs are
always my prime consideration.
