For 60 years, the University of New South Wales has played an important role in developing our future leaders.
Proof of its role in Hong Kong is evidenced by the 6,000 alumni contributing to the growth and development of this great city state.
But it isn't easy for everyone. For students from a disadvantaged background, the brighter future achievable through a UNSW education is unattainable.

Through the UNSW Hong Kong Foundation, the HK Alumni Chapter has been raising funds to provide a full scholarship providing tuition fees and living costs for bright and talented HK students who are limited by opportunity. Thanks to the generous support of Foundation Chairman Dr Ronald Lu, we have already raised HKD 720,000.

To ensure the continued success of this scholarship programme, the Executive Committee aims to raise a challenging but achievable target of HKD 6,000,000 to support three fully endowed scholarships, across all faculties, for underprivileged Hong Kong students.
How do we plan to do this? Well, if our 6,000 alumni gave HKD 1,000 each, we reach our target.
Help us create a brighter future!
